SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 4 – 7 business days.
Shipping Restrictions: TTAMN reserves the right to cancel orders if shipping restrictions apply to certain locations according to FedEx guidelines. In such cases, customers will be notified immediately.

ORDER PROCESSING & PREPARATION

At TTAMN, most of our products are meticulously crafted in-house.

  • Preparation Time: Orders typically require 2 – 3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
  • Made-to-Order Items: If an item requires extra preparation time or is "made-to-order," we will notify you via email regarding the specific production and shipping timeline.
  • Weekend Policy: We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends. For Saturday delivery requests, please contact your local FedEx office directly (additional fees may apply).

Rush Orders: If you require urgent shipment, please contact us at ttamn.official@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

ORDER TRACKING & SECURITY

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your FedEx Tracking Number. You can monitor your parcel's progress directly on the FedEx website.

  • Signature Requirement: All orders exceeding $300 USD require a signature upon delivery.
  • Liability: TTAMN is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and marked as delivered. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, TTAMN can only ensure the package during transit; the customer assumes full responsibility once the package arrives.
  • Issues: For specific shipment inquiries after dispatch, please contact FedEx directly for the most accurate updates.

TAXES & DUTIES

  • Pricing: All merchandise prices are listed in US Dollars ($). Prices include VAT (Value-added taxes) but exclude international customs duties.
  • Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, local taxes, and customs fees. As these charges vary significantly by country, TTAMN cannot provide an estimated cost.
  • Customs Delays: TTAMN is not held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays caused by local customs authorities over which we have no control.

INCORRECT INFORMATION & NON-DELIVERY

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address and contact details.

  • Delayed Delivery: Incorrect or missing information will result in delivery delays. FedEx will attempt to contact you if address clarification is needed.
  • Failed Delivery: TTAMN is not responsible for additional fees or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer or a "no response" status during delivery attempts.
